Sir Joe was selected by the Sekyere Kumawu Education Directorate as one of the quizmasters for the Kumawu Education Directorate Junior High School (JHS) Inter-Circuit Quiz Competition. His inclusion in the panel of quizmasters reflects his experience, confidence, and strong command of academic content, making him well-suited to guide such an important educational event.
The quiz competition was held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at Tweneboa Kodua Senior High School. The event brought together brilliant young minds from across the district, creating an atmosphere of excitement, healthy competition, and academic excellence. Six champion schools, each representing one of the six circuits within the district, competed for the top position.

The competition focused on the four core academic subjects: English Language, Science, Mathematics, and Social Studies. Participants were tested on their knowledge, critical thinking skills, and ability to perform under pressure. Throughout the contest, the students displayed remarkable confidence and preparedness, answering questions with accuracy and demonstrating a deep understanding of the subject matter.
At the end of the competition, Kumawu Presby Junior High School from the Kumawu West Circuit emerged as the winner with an impressive score of 45.5 points. Besoro D/A Junior High School followed closely in second place with 42.5 points, making the contest highly competitive and exciting until the very end.

Sir Joe played a vital role as one of the quizmasters, ensuring that the competition was conducted fairly, smoothly, and in accordance with the rules. His ability to engage contestants and maintain order throughout the event contributed significantly to its overall success. His performance was widely appreciated by both participants and organizers.
Mr. Kwame Oduro-Owusu, the District Director of Education for Kumawu, congratulated Kumawu Presby JHS for their outstanding achievement. He also commended all participating schools for their efforts and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence in their academic pursuits. He urged the students who did not win to remain determined and aim for better results in future competitions.
