For the past four years, Sir Joe has voluntarily prepared study materials and practice questions to support teachers in the Ghana Education Service (GES) who are due for promotion. This initiative aims to help teachers prepare adequately for their promotion examinations and improve their chances of success.
As part of the preparation process, Sir Joe creates a common WhatsApp platform every year to bring participating teachers together for learning, discussions, revision, and practice. The platform also serves as a means of monitoring teachers’ preparation, assessing their understanding of the topics discussed, and encouraging them to remain committed to their studies.

SUCCESS CHAMBER 2026: A Platform for Learning and Preparation
The platform featured in this post is the 2026 year group, known as SUCCESS CHAMBER 2026. It has been created specifically for teachers preparing for the 2026 GES promotion examinations.
Through this platform, teachers have the opportunity to interact with one another, discuss important educational concepts, ask questions, share ideas, and attempt practice questions in preparation for the examinations.

The initiative promotes collaborative learning and provides teachers with an organised platform where they can prepare together, clarify difficult concepts, and strengthen their understanding of relevant topics.
Areas Covered by the Study Materials
The study materials and practice questions prepared by Sir Joe cover several important areas relevant to teachers seeking promotion within the Ghana Education Service, from Principal Superintendent (PS) to Deputy Director (DD).
Some of the major areas covered include:
- Concept of Education
- History of Education in Ghana since 1951
- Educational Reforms in Ghana
- Educational Review Committees since 1967
- Ghana Education Service (GES)
- Ministry of Education (MoE)
- Educational Administration and Management
- Assessment and Evaluation
- Other relevant educational policies, concepts, and administrative practices
To ensure that teachers understand the topics being discussed, practice questions are developed for each concept and subject area covered. These questions give participants the opportunity to test their knowledge, identify areas where they need improvement, and practise answering examination-related questions.
This approach combines the study of relevant materials with practical exercises to make preparation more effective and engaging.
Over the past four years, teachers who have participated in Sir Joe’s promotion preparation initiative have shared encouraging testimonies about their experiences and examination successes.
These testimonies have served as motivation for Sir Joe to continue supporting teachers through the provision of study materials, practice questions, and a collaborative learning environment.
Teachers who join the platform are encouraged to take their preparation seriously, participate actively in discussions, study the materials provided, and attempt the questions shared with them.
Although success ultimately depends on individual commitment, consistent revision, and examination performance, the initiative is designed to give participating teachers additional support and help them approach their examinations with greater confidence.
Hope for Another Successful Year
As preparations for the 2026 GES promotion examinations continue, there is great hope that SUCCESS CHAMBER 2026 will build on the encouraging experiences of previous years.
Sir Joe remains committed to helping teachers prepare effectively by providing relevant learning resources and opportunities for continuous practice and interaction.
The expectation is that this year’s participants will demonstrate dedication, remain consistent in their studies, and work towards achieving their promotion goals.
For teachers preparing for promotion from Principal Superintendent (PS), Assistant Director II (AD II), and Assistant Director I (AD I) to Deputy Director (DD), SUCCESS CHAMBER 2026 offers an opportunity to learn, revise, practise, and prepare alongside colleagues with similar aspirations.
With Sir Joe, the journey towards promotion begins with preparation.
