The National Service Authority (NSA) has officially announced the successful payment of allowances for November and December 2025 to all National Service Personnel (NSP) across the country.
In a press release dated 20th February 2026 and signed by the Director-General, Ruth Delah Seddoh, the Authority expressed its pleasure in informing service personnel and the general public that the long-awaited payments have been fully processed and disbursed.
Verification of Payment
All eligible National Service Personnel are advised to verify their respective GhanaPay accounts to confirm receipt of the payments. The NSA emphasized the importance of checking individual accounts to ensure that the allowances have been credited successfully.
The Authority also acknowledged and appreciated the patience, cooperation, and understanding demonstrated by personnel throughout the processing period. Delays in public sector payments can sometimes occur due to administrative and technical procedures, and management commended service personnel for their continued professionalism even with the delay in payment of the allowance.
January 2026 Allowance in Process
In addition to confirming the payment of the November and December 2025 allowances, the NSA assured personnel that the January 2026 allowance is currently being processed. According to the statement, payment will be made in due course upon completion of the necessary administrative procedures.
This assurance is expected to bring relief and renewed confidence to service personnel who rely on their monthly allowances to meet essential financial commitments during their service year.
NSA Commitment to Timely Payments
Management of the National Service Authority reiterated its commitment to ensuring the timely and efficient payment of allowances. The Authority further stated that it continues to work closely with relevant stakeholders to improve service delivery and streamline payment systems.
