Sir Joe joined the staff from the Sekyere Kumawu Education Office at the Papa Nantwie Festival.
As part of the tradition, various institutions within the Kumawu enclave were served with a letter by the Kumawu Traditional Council, under the leadership of Barima Sarfo Tweneboa Kodua, Kumawumanhene, and Nana Serwaa Amponsah, Kumawuman Hemaa, for the grand durbar of the Papa Nantwie festival, which was held on Sunday, March 15, 2026.
Sir Joe participated fully with the Kumawu Education Office staff members, including Mr. Kwame Oduro-Owusu, the District Education Director, to extend his greetings to Barima Sarfo Tweneboa Kodua at the Akyerema Palace in Kumawu.
Sir Joe admired the cultural display at the occasion and appreciated the sacrifice, bravery, and preservation of the Kumawu Papa Nantwie festival 2026, even though the festival had not been celebrated for over 18 years.
Sir Joe is committed to everything that has a positive impact both in the education sector and the Kumawu District as a whole.
